PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on November 19, 2025 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Anthony Vitarelli, 9 N. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a wood deck and pergola in the rear yard of a single-family dwelling.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-1-21.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
