NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on February 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
25 Livingston Road, LLC, 25 Livingston Road, Bellport, is seeking construct a single-story addition on the north side of a single-family, single-story dwelling, and construct an addition in the rear. The siding will be gray, cedar clapboard, the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles, the trim will be white Azek. The windows will be a white, double hung and awning.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-4-6.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
