PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on February 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Brian Ellner & Jarrett Olivo, 33 S. Howells Point Road, Bellport, are seeking to convert an existing garage to habitable space, construct a portico, and re-side the entire dwelling. The siding will be Alaskan yellow cedar shingles; the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be white Azek. The windows will be white, double hung windows.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-2-11.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
