PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application;
Bernstein Family Property LLC, 90 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY is seeking approval to demolish an existing pool house; construct an addition that will connect the existing dwelling with the existing detached garage; and construct a detached shed in the rear of the property. The siding on the addition will be Hardie artisan shiplap painted grey; the roofing will be a silver standing seam metal on the north side and liberty white GAF roll roofing on the south side; the windows will be a combination of Anderson Eagle awning and casements. The shed will have cedar shingles, stained grey with a grey architectural asphalt roof and double hung windows to match the dwelling.
All interested persons may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The tax map number is 0202-8-5-2 and the dwelling is located in the “A” residential district.
