NOTICE OF RESCHEDULE OF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 16, 2019 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to hear a continuation of the following application:
Francesco Cuffaro, 5 Gerard Street, Bellport, NY has amended his original application and is seeking the following variances to construct a new 2,102 square foot, single story, single family dwelling with a 2,102 square foot finished basement, and a 339 square foot deck on the north side of the dwelling:
Sec. 21-219. - Size of lot area.
In the Residence A District, no building shall be erected or altered on a lot, other than a corner lot, having an area of less than forty thousand (40,000) square feet or upon a lot, other than a corner lot, having a width of less than one hundred fifty (150) feet at its frontage upon a street.
Existing: Lot size of 31,596 square feet
Sec. 21-226. - Accessory buildings and structures.
(b) In the Residence A District, unless addressed specifically elsewhere in this chapter, all structures and accessory structures must be located in the rear yard of a lot and be setback at least fifteen (15) feet from all property lines. No structure and/or accessory structure shall exceed fifteen (15) feet in height.
Proposed: 339 square foot deck in a side yard
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-3-7.2.The property is located in the “A” Residence District. All interested parties may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
