PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on March 21, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
12 Gerard Street LLC, 12 Gerard Street, Bellport, NY seeks the following variances to renovate an existing two story, single family dwelling with attached garage. Renovations include a new 292 square foot first floor addition and a new 1,067 square foot second story addition:
Sec. 21-220. - Front yard.
In the Residence A District, there shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than fifty (50) feet.
Proposed: Front yard setback of 30.21 feet
Sec. 21-222. - Rear yard.
In the Residence A District, there shall be rear yard having a minimum depth of sixty (60) feet.
Proposed: Rear yard setback 21.77 feet
The single family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-7-23.
