Scarecrow Contest

The annual Village of Bellport Scarecrow Contest is a much-loved tradition for the Village and the surround area.  This year contestants willa gain make the Scarecros at home and then place them in the Village.  The Village will provide the sticks for the body, the pumpking for the head and instructions on where to palce the Scarecrow.  People can vote for their favorite Scarecros in Village stores or email their favorite to info@bellportvillageny.gov

Materials and instructions can be picked up on Saturday, September 25 at the Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, from noon to 2:00 pm.

Supplies are available to make 40 Scarecrows.  We ask that you please register at receptionist@bellportvillageny.gov to reserve your materials.
